What is your warranty or guarantee on handcrafted key rings?

We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted key rings. If there's a defect in materials or craftsmanship, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem, whether through repair or replacement. Please note that normal wear and tear from regular use is not covered under our guarantee. For customized or personalized items, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied before we begin crafting, so please review your customization details carefully before confirming your order.

How long does shipping take?

Production times: Print-on-demand apparel takes 2–5 business days to produce. Handcrafted mini-board keyrings take 3–7 business days (up to 10 days for complex custom orders).

Delivery times: Once your item ships, UK orders arrive within 2–3 business days. International orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days after dispatch, though this varies depending on customs processing.

Shipping costs: We offer free UK shipping on many products. International customers will see shipping costs at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Custom orders typically take 3–7 business days to complete (up to 10 days for particularly complex designs).

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

Defective or incorrect items: If your item arrives defective or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping and provide a full refund. Please provide photo or video evidence of the issue.

Change of mind or wrong size: If you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you can return the item for a refund. However, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

Non-returnable items: Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.
