At NyashyMiniBoards, we want to be upfront about how and when your order will arrive. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

How We Fulfil Orders

Our products are fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner. This means most items are made to order specifically for you. Some of our products are also handcrafted and may not always be in stock, which means they can take a little longer to produce before they are shipped.

Processing & Production Time

Before your order is shipped, it needs to be produced. Please allow the following production times on top of the shipping estimates below:

  • Standard printed items: 2–5 business days
  • Handcrafted or made-to-order items: 3–7 business days (these items are crafted with care and are not always held in stock)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days after dispatch

International

  • Standard International Shipping: 2–3 business days after dispatch (times may vary depending on destination country and local customs processing)

Please note that international delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs clearance are outside of our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once a corrected address has been confirmed.
