Returns Policy

At NyashyMiniBoards, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a request.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective clothing items must also be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Eligibility
We offer refunds only — we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we will cover the cost of the return and issue a full refund. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Evidence is required — please submit clear photos or video of the issue when making your return request.
Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
If you no longer want the item or ordered the wrong size, you are welcome to return it, however return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
Please note: as our clothing products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse in most cases. Size exchanges are offered at our discretion and expense.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Sealed goods such as face masks, which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons — any returned face masks will be disposed of and cannot be reshipped or refunded
EU Consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised;
- Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion in accordance with this directive.
Returns & Shipping Issues
Wrong Address
If you or your courier considers the address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our fulfilment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfilment facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
Customer-Initiated Returns
Please contact us before returning any products. Our return address is set to our fulfilment facility by default. If you send a return to a different address, you may become liable for that shipment.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please fill out our Return Request Form. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and (where applicable) the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
